We usually arrive at the venue 30-45 mins before the start time. If you have a small venue allow time before the start time for furniture rearranging to make space for dancing

We usually play for 3 hours with a 1/2 hour break. During the break we play some nice background music through the sound system to keep the atmosphere going.
